All the products are handmade, so the orders need 2-5 working days to process.
For Standard Shipping:
All our orders are shipped via our warehouse in Sweden or Shanghai. We predominately use DHL or EMS for deliveries to major cities. We offer free shipping for orders above €50 for most countries.
For Fast Shipping:
All our orders are shipped via our warehouse in Sweden or Shanghai. We predominately use DHL or TNT for deliveries to all destinations.
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time you receive until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.

For international orders, you may be charged customs and duties depending on the country the order is being shipped to. As these costs are out of our control we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be, Et toi is also not liable for these costs. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Please note sale items are final and non-refundable.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with our returns address. The buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving our returns address. Any items shipped after that will be accepted at our discretion. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
Jewellery which has been returned in the original packaging and is unworn will be refunded.Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. We recommend you send back any returns using a signed for postal service. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. Et toi reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
Please contact email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will issue you a refund for your order, minus a small service fee for the transaction.
We offer this 24 hour window as each piece is made to order and this process begins immediately.
Please note that an order is not considered cancelled until you receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.
Many factors can influence the condition of jewellery. Therefore you should make sure that your jewellery is properly cleaned, polished and stored.
