Shipping & Delivery
All Et Toi Paris products are handmade, and orders require 2–5 working days to process before dispatch.
Orders are shipped from our Paris or Shanghai showroom, depending on product availability and destination.
We mainly use postal services and YunExpress. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information when available.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50 to most destinations.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs and local carrier conditions.
Duties & Taxes
For most destinations, applicable duties and taxes are included in the amount paid to Et Toi Paris, so additional customs charges should not normally apply.
In exceptional cases, local customs authorities or carriers may impose additional charges outside our control. These are the responsibility of the recipient, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or refund, except where faulty, incorrectly supplied or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellations
Some Et Toi Paris pieces are prepared or made by our artisans after an order is placed.
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once preparation or production has started, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled.
Customized or individually made products may have restricted cancellation and return rights where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Where required by applicable law, standard outbound delivery costs will also be refunded when the complete order is returned.
